Shipping and Returns
For order cancellation, please contact us via our contact page within 2 days at the latest from the order. ISHI does not accept returns, reserves the right to make changes in the exchange policy. The exchange does not apply to non-standard customized products. Buyers are responsible for any customs, import/export taxes and VAT that may occur. ISHI is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Australia, New Zealand: 7-14 business days
Russia and the Asia Pacific: 7-14 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 8-16 business days

Everything ships from Ankara, Turkey.
We are not responsible for any duties, import fees, or taxes assigned by your local government.

Our ethos and values are predicated on a self-imposed responsibility to honor and respect our craft. It is our duty to respect the materials we use and form them into beautiful, functional and finely crafted products.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding the initial shipping cost, within 4-6 days of the date of the return (1-2 weeks for International Shipments). We do charge a restocking fee on all returns. The fee is $8 or 5% of your order - whichever is greater. All customized orders or discounted items are final sales.
